1. BE ON TIME. The clock starts running
at the time you’ve scheduled, whether you’re there
or not.
2. If you need to cancel or reschedule. Please call no later
than 48 hours before your session. If we can not get a client
to fill your slot a $100 NO SHOW fee will apply.
3. Bring All your materials. Bring any old CD’s, DAT’s,
ADAT’s, old lyrics etc…that you have done in the
past. You never know when you will need them.
4. Have your Lyrics written out. (Typed or hand written is
fine) Please bring 2 copies.
5. Bring a source tape or CD for what you want your song to
sound like.
[Ex. “I want that drum beat like Cool Mo’ Big
Phat Jazzy Funky Fresh did on his 1974 CD…..”
bring the CD.]
6. Record a rough version of your song at home, you are more
relaxed there and you can work out any of the kinks ahead
of time. Practice and memorize your lyrics so you don’t
waste time in the studio.
7. Keep guests out. Guests will distract you and slow you
down. (MORE $)
They may also sway your opinion of how your music should sound.
8. We accept Credit Cards, Cash or Checks, with proper ID.
No postdated checks. Payment due in full on completion of
each session.
9. Please do not bring babies or children to the studio (there
is a lot of expensive equipment here). They will slow you
down, increasing your billable time.
10. If you have any questions about studio fees or prices
